INSRT CONTROL 1.29.70 - OPENAI PREVIEW SECURITY STATUS

InsrtControl.exe is not Authenticode signed (Windows status: NotSigned).
InsrtWallpaperHost.exe is not Authenticode signed (Windows status: NotSigned).
The desktop manifest requests Administrator privileges. Windows may show a User Account Control prompt when InsrtControl.exe starts. This package does not bypass that prompt or change Windows security controls.

No provider keys, local model runtime, model weights, adapters, training data, personal profiles or pairing credentials are packaged.
The desktop calls Insrt's gateway with the user's account/device authorization. OpenAI and entitlement secrets belong only in cloud secret storage. Private/local inference environment variables cannot redirect this build.
A separate authenticated route-scoped Worker provides OpenAI chat and research. Free research has an atomic 3/day limit, per-account cache and rate limit. Paid calls retain the existing device and subscription accounting. Requests are bounded and upstream calls are not automatically retried.
Only final assistant text and validated source URLs are returned; private reasoning output is discarded. Prompt/evidence redaction and safety instructions reduce risks but are not a complete security or accuracy guarantee.
No live OpenAI request, live deployment, penetration test, whole-app security certification or production readiness approval has been completed for this edition.
No changes to existing public/private apps, their credentials, RunPod service, live website downloads, or forced-update policy were made.
